A GEORGETOWN man who won $10,000 in a $2 Jackpot Lottery is going to pay off some Christmas debts with his win.

The 40-year-old and his wife recently welcomed a new baby.

"It could not have come at a better time for us with a new baby and Christmas," he said.

The man bought his winning ticket from Waratah Newsagency.
