TWO Hunter residents have found a rather large pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, securing over $1 million in separate lottery wins.

A Beresfield mother became an instant millionaire on Monday night when the ticket she bought from Greenhills Newsagency gave her the entire division one prize of $1 million.

A Rutherford player then won $100,000 in yesterday's $2 Jackpot Lottery with a ticket from Rutherford Newsagency.
